Coordinator / Executive, Marketing

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and will work alongside the Marketing and Creative teams.

You will be required to:

Manage marketing inventory and assist in contest fulfilment.

Assist the team in managing pre-race on-ground activations, and duties and responsibilities during race week.

Coordinate logistics and event preparations including accreditation submissions.

Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.

A keen attention to detail and efficiency is a must, in addition to excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing in a Coordinator role.
  • At least a Diploma qualification.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt quickly, meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office programmes, including Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Hospitality Service team as a Suite Ambassador for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2022.

As a team player, you are required to support the hospitality and customer service team in the Formula One Paddock Club™, Sky Suites, Twenty3, The Green Room as well as [email protected] 3.

You will need to manage all aspects of the hospitality experience within these suites, including F&B service, guest relations, client liaison and ensuring Singapore GP’s service standards are met. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders, managing the operation within the hospitality suite to ensure a smooth work flow and a seamless customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of customer service experience (applicants from the hospitality and financial industry are welcome). Experience within the airline industry would be an advantage however by no means essential.
  • Ability to attend to VIP guests with the highest level of service and manage their expectations from various touchpoints.
  • Strong team player and generates synergy
  • Excellent social and communication skills
