TENDER SCHEDULE

Compulsory tender briefing for TC010 – Civil Works will be held online at the indicated time and date. A link to the tender briefing will be sent to registered companies by email one day before the briefing.

A CD-ROM containing the Request for Tender (RFT) documents for TC010 – Civil Works and TC023 - Steel And General Refurbishment Works is available for collection from 1000 hours on the respective tender opening dates, but no later than 1700 hours of the same day, from the office of:

Interested companies are required to arrange for an authorised representative to bring along a company stamp to sign and endorse the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before collecting the RFT. The RFT can be collected once the NDA has been submitted.

Upon collection of the RFT, a non-refundable tender fee of SGD50 per tender package must be submitted by cheque and addressed to “Singapore GP Pte Ltd”. For foreign registered companies, the tender fee shall be paid through interbank transfer (details of the transfer will be provided upon request via email to [email protected]). Cash payment for the tender fee is not allowed.

Tender submissions are to be directed to Faithful+Gould Project Management Pte Ltd on or before the closing date indicated above.
